It is a short walk to a beautiful unspoilt sandy beach at Lanacombe and the south west coast path to Start Point and beyond. In the area of South Hams, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are just a short drive away with an abundance of galleries, restaurants and shops to choose from.
There are several good pubs within a very short drive from the property including the Cricket Inn at Beesands and The Church House at Stokenham, both of which serve excellent food and beer.
The property has 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6), a bathroom, kitchen/dining room and a comfortable lounge with lovely rural views on to distant rolling hills.
